Whether your church is looking to start or enhance a specific ministry (such as children, youth, nursery, young adult, unchurched, outreach, music etc.), our team is here to get you started and headed in the right direction. Our team will first conduct demographic and psychographic studies of your community, a financial assessment, and a facility audit (optional, but no extra cost). Together, we will then create a plan for the ministry vision, leadership recruitment, volunteer engagement, and (re)launch. Included is an additional 3 months with a specialized ministry coach.

Church revitalization is the process of restoring a declining church back to its purpose of being a growing and thriving place of ministry. Our church revitalization process starts with an in-depth leadership assessment, vision analysis, and a church health survey. Together, we then prioritize and pinpoint three significant issues that need to be addressed. Our team will help you come up with a plan of action to remedy these issues and coach your leadership along the way. This process includes a minimum of 6 months of coaching from our highly experienced team. This process has 3 phases which usually requires between 2-5 days on-site at your church location per phase to complete.

A comprehensive consultation presents an analysis of your church and will give you all the information and perspectives that you will need to take your next steps. It includes a church health report, geographic and psychographic studies, first impressions survey, on-site interviews, financial assessment, web and social media analysis, and a facility audit. Also included is 3 months of coaching (or 6 sessions) after the final report is delivered. This package usually requires 1-3 days on-site at your church location to complete.
